Our Story

Building Leaders Through Psychology & Impact

TLC Solutions was founded in January 2009 by Gregory Bayne and Heather McGregor-Bayne with a clear purpose: to build a leadership consultancy grounded in authenticity, character and impact. From the outset, TLC was created to support leaders who aspire not only to perform, but to lead with integrity and purpose. As highly experienced psychologists with deep expertise in performance and achievement, Greg and Heather established TLC on strong psychological foundations. Their work has focused on helping individuals and organisations shift unhelpful patterns, strengthen capability and unlock sustainable high performance.
Since 2009, TLC has grown into a trusted leadership and coaching partner for corporate and government organisations. Our growth has been driven by engaging, evidence-based programs delivered by experienced facilitators who combine credibility with practical insight and measurable results. In recent years, TLC has expanded its reach internationally, delivering programs and coaching across North and South America, Asia and Europe. This global footprint reflects both the universal relevance of TLC's leadership frameworks and the strength of our operational capability to deliver consistently across diverse cultural and organisational contexts.

Today, TLC operates with a collaborative model that includes a carefully selected network of Associate Facilitators who share our commitment to leadership excellence and values-based practice. Supporting this work is a dedicated Operations Manager who leads program architecture, delivery coordination, quality assurance and continuous improvement, ensuring every engagement is executed with precision and impact. TLC is further supported by a Finance Manager who oversees financial governance, reporting, risk management and compliance, strengthening the organisation's operational integrity and long-term sustainability. TLC has developed a comprehensive suite of leadership programs grounded in contemporary psychological research and supported by innovative, practical frameworks designed for real-world application. We continually invest in research, evaluation and model development to ensure our work remains relevant, evidence-informed and impactful.
